No returns or refunds. All sales are final.

If your order hasn’t shipped and you wish to cancel, email us at PeptideVita@gmail.com, and we’ll try to assist. Once processed, we may not be able to stop shipment.

Shipping & Missing Items

All orders are carefully packaged for safe delivery. If there’s an issue, contact us, and we’ll resolve it case by case.

If an item is missing, we’ll verify your claim and send the missing product. All orders are documented and photographed before shipping to prevent fraud.

Chargebacks & Fraud

Chargebacks will be treated as fraud, and we will take legal action if necessary.
